Manager Jack O'Connor used 53 players (as best I can tell) during the season as he worked on improving the club. Some appeared in just a single game, while only one (Rob Murphy) was with the club for the entire season. (Chief Rehmer was signed just in time to start their third game, and he stayed with the club for the rest of the season.) At least eight players played under an alias, as the Federal League was an outlaw league. Others are still only known by a last name (real or not). There are some players whose identities I am fairly confident about, but which I have not confirmed.<P>
