The largest turn-out for the year for a troop event, ten scouts plus two adults, made the overnight stay at Swift Lodge an awesome experience for all. The weather was surprisingly warm, reaching the upper sixties with a clear blue sky on Staurday. The lake was still frozen, but there was no much snow left on the ground. The troop hiked to Castle Rock, played broom hockey on the porch of the lodge, walked to the waterfall where Nims Lake drains out, and enjoyed a relaxing weekend.
Photos from Castle Rock. Not so much of the rocks, but of scouts on the rocks.
