The Whites finished up their visit in Milwaukee with another loss. The Milwaukee pitcher, Heup, was making his professional debut, and the Whites scored two runs in the first inning and another in the second, in part to his nervousness. However, Milwaukee scored three off Nyce in the second on two doubles, a triple and two wild pitches. Overall, Milwaukee managed thirteen hits, with seven extra base hits. Three runs in the seventh opened an insurmountable 8-4 lead, and the Whites wound up losing 9-5. The umpire was overcome by heat in the fifth inning, and Alvord from Des Moines came on to finish umpiring the game.
